Pregnancy can feel like an overwhelming time. Your body is changing, and your emotions likely feel all over the place—not to mention the potential morning sickness and fatigue. We get it, but you’re not alone in this. At HopePlace Berryville, we’re here for you with free Pregnancy Coaching.

What Is Pregnancy Coaching?

Pregnancy Coaching pairs you with an experienced motherhood mentor, who will be your go-to person throughout the pregnancy.

Pregnancy Coaching will give you the following:

• Knowledge about your pregnancy to help you feel empowered about what to expect
• A trusted person to turn to throughout your pregnancy
• The peace of mind to know you’re not alone

Typically, meetings with your Pregnancy Coach happen weekly, but you are free to customize your meetings depending on your schedule and what you’re comfortable with. Meetings happen at our center, but many women also prefer to meet with their Coach outside the center (and many women become close friends with their Coaches).

What Are the Benefits of Pregnancy Coaching?

Pregnancy can feel overwhelming. And even if your friends, family, and/or partner are supportive, sometimes they don’t understand what you’re going through, which can make you feel alone. This is why we created the Pregnancy Coaching program.

When you get paired with a Pregnancy Coach, you will find support, encouragement, knowledge, and friendship. And most importantly, you will learn that you’re not alone.

All our Pregnancy Coaches are experienced and understand what you’re going through. Our Pregnancy Coaches provide a safe space where you can be vulnerable to share your feelings, concerns, and fears. Not only do they provide a listening ear, but they will also share practical tips about pregnancy and parenting. The women who have participated in our Pregnancy Coaching program report feeling supported and more confident in their ability to parent.
