Our educational classes are all offered free of charge because we believe that you deserve to have access to what you need to be healthy and confident. We’re currently offering the following classes:

Pregnancy 101

Wondering how your body might change during pregnancy? Want to keep track of how your baby is growing and developing in your womb? This class is for you! Get prepared for the next nine months by learning all you can about what to expect. We’ll cover stages of fetal development plus healthy eating and lifestyle essentials.

Welcome to Motherhood

While motherhood doesn’t come with a manual, learning essential newborn care will make parenting easier. This class will cover the basics of newborn care, like how to establish feeding and sleeping routines, car seat safety, first aid, and breastfeeding care. Plus, for every assignment completed, you’ll earn “baby bucks” that can be used to get critical baby items like diapers, wipes, furniture, or clothing.

Budgeting Basics

Welcoming a new family member can strain anyone’s wallet. But by learning how to manage your money through intentional spending and saving, you can maximize your budget. This class will teach you the basics of budgeting and how to plan ahead financially.

Healthy Relationships

Healthy relationships are essential, espeically as you welcome a new baby into your life. But what does a healthy relationship look like? This class will help you define a healthy relationship and give you strategies for developing positive relationships.

Community Referrals
